I recently embarked on the search of some very special horses. I am a stunt woman and action actress and had a hard task of trying to find some suitable horses for my needs. I can honestly say that Rikki was fabulous through the entire process, her communication and translation was second to none, and she made the whole process from beginning to end as smooth as possible. Had a fabulous trip out to Malaga to look for my second beautiful spanish horse. Rikki (and Dawn) made a fabulous tag team, and took us to see some lovely horses and very knowledgable and caring owners. I am so pleased with my Rubio, he is a fabulous boy and is settling very well into his new home in the UK and getting to know all of our customs. Rikki made the whole process very easy and kept us up to date all the way through, including throughout their journey back to the UK, I couldn't have done it without them!!

Habanero arrived on Lyo Island late this afternoon!!
He is happy and well. I am told by the people who received him that the transport people were really very good!! So compliments to them. Habanero is so calm and takes everything in his stride with dignity, he is a fine horse and I am so pleased to have him. Thank you Rikki and Dawn for all that you have done for Ross and I over the past couple of months. And a special thanks to Rikki for the fantastic leather halter!
You will definitely hear about this little stallion in the not too distant future! I look forward to sending you some updates on him. For now, once again, a big thanks!!

| Well What can I say, if you are thinking of the daunting task of importing a horse from Spain look no further. With Dawn and Rikki as a professional team they have supported me through bringing my beautiful mare and very young foal home. When ever I was worried about traveling them so far, they soothed my troubled brow, and reasured me all would be well. How right they were, I have got my mare and foal, they arrived in very good condition,and quite happy.A sure sign of good handling, over five days travelling. I cannot thank you enough for everything, from start to finish all the pictures and videos of possible horses for me, giving me an honest opinion on all of them; answering every one of my many many e-mails without ever complaining. She also never said anything about my very limited budget, just set out to find me the best horse possible with the money I had. I couldn't wait for the arrival of my lovely Damasco. Damasco was everything you said he would be and has settled in to his new home very well. He is coming on in leaps and bounds now and I can't wait to be out and about with him.

Their service was brilliant from my endless inane questions, through vetting, transport, details of what to expect, right up to texts and phone calls when Relente was on his way, they took care of all my worries. I got photos and videos, and all the advice I could ask for. I have had little experience with going abroad myself, let alone buying a horse from overseas, but they handled everything, leaving me free to spend hours buying goodies for my new baby!
When Relente finally arrived and I met him for the first time I fell instantly in love. He was and is perfect in every way, and I can't thank you enough for finding him for me. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Spanish horse to go to you. |

I was very worried about importing from Spain, you here so much about scams etc but you put all my fears to rest at each step. The tack you ordered for me to fit Mistico is as good as you said - stunning! Mistico is better than expected. He is beautiful. Would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to import...From videos, pictures you did everything in your power to insure I had the best possible horse to suit me and my family. Rikki was my saviour. She managed to find me a fantastic, lovely horse after I had had a very bad experience elsewhere. I was at times quite demanding but she stayed focused and professional throughout the whole process. Salvadore is now here in the UK and was taking part in jousting and stunt shows within 10 days of being here. He is currently being filmed for BBC's Merlin series and is loving his new life. I feel like I'm dreaming - This beautiful girl, Galeota, has melted my heart. I never thought I would own a horse again that could mend the broken heart I experienced when I lost my beautiful grey Anglo-Arab mare Rosie unexpectedly in 2005, but I was wrong. I fell in love with gentle Galeota the second I saw her peep at me from the transport wagon. She has been here only 2 days and has behaved impeccably, despite the turmoil of moving to a new country. I've never had a Spanish horse before and I only started to research Andalusians fairly recently after watching a 1980s film, ' Bolero!'. I explained that as a fifty year old lady I wanted something safe to learn high school movements on. I knew I wanted a grey horse and assumed it would be a stallion - apparently mares are rarely trained to this standard in Spain - but Galeota was found especially for me! Im so proud to be Galeota's new mum! She's gorgeous and clever and I'm gaining her trust by the hour. Thank you so much for all the reassurance you gave me. You truly care about matching horse with owner. I am a very happy Andalusian horse convert. Now I have my beautiful PRE mare -the patter of tiny Andalusian hooves is ringing in my ears! I know who I will contact when I need to find Galeota a suitor! Many many thanks from a truly happy 'mature' horsey lady !!!

I knew I was looking for a very special horse before I found Rikki and had spent many months looking before I found her. I have found her to be incredibly helpful at every stage of the way. Purchasing a horse through Rikki proved both smooth and effortless, and I knew that in the runup to transportation, my horse was in good hands. He arrived calm, and in great health. The horses that Rikki has available are among the best I have seen, and she is able to cater for all abilities and all budgets. Even her level of aftercare service has been flawless. Rikki has put an incredible amount of time, effort and enthusiasm into facilitating this process; As a result, I have the most wonderful and special stallion with me now and this is thanks to Rikki. He has settled in brilliantly and is much loved, and we are already enjoying frosty winter walks here together! He is everything I could have hoped for and far more besides. I never knew what kind of horse I was looking for but I always knew I wanted one that came from a caring and loving home... I was spoilt for choice! They were all such lovely, well behaved horses. Rikki found me the exact horse that suited me down to the ground and now I couldnt love him more! My papers were all in order on purchase and he arrived in immaculate condition... After getting me the best deal of course! Rikki still checks up on us and is always offering good advice or valuble help, it's always lovely to know theres someone to talk to that has alot of experience if you ever have any problems or enquiries. One year ago I knew I wanted one more horse and I knew I wanted an Andalusian, but didn't know where to go from there. Coming across rikki's website: www.thebestspanishhorses.com; was the best move I could have made. After a few phone conversations and emails I went to Malaga to meet Rikki and approx. 15 horses which Rikki hand picked to meet my specifications. All of them where fantastic horses but I lost my heart at first glance to a beautiful 16.1h schimmel grey stallion! I haven't stopped smiling since Picasso became my horse, and with Rikki doing all the paperwork, all I had to worry about was shopping for my new beauty! He's been here with me in Wales for just over one month, and I'm happy to say he's settled in so well, he's now a much loved member of our family.

I came across Rikki's site one night while surfing the net looking at Spanish Horses. I had already bought my first Andalusian a year before online, this time i wanted something suitable for all the family especially my son Jack who is 11, who had just outgrown his pony. I saw Povedilla and knew straight away he was just what I wanted.
Rikki was just fantastic, never pushy, always gave very honest answers, made everything go as smooth as possible, always there if you needed to ask her yet another question, very professional lady. I would recommend her to anyone.

Just want to express my gratitude to you for providing me with Ventura (Vinny). He is (I never thought I would say this) amongst the best horses I have ever had and I have had quite a number over the years. To purchase a horse unseen and untried is a daunting task but I have to say that I don't regret this move at all. Vinny is the most willing horse imagineable and considering he is still entire, that is a big plus. I hope to do quite a variety of things with him and he certainly wants to please. He is languishing in a huge stable (which I previously used for mares due to foal) and he loves it. If the occasion arises, whereby I look for another Andalusian or Lusitano, I will definitely be checking you out and would recommend you to anyone. Thanks again for finding "my boy".
